Your Guide- to Fat Loss, Muscle Building, and Lasting Results

Eat Real Food

  • Focus on fresh, whole ingredients.
  • Limit processed foods and sugary snacks.
  • Shop the perimeter of the grocery store where fresh produce, meat, and dairy are found.
  • Read labels carefully and cut back on added sugars.

Prioritize Protein

  • Aim for 80–100 grams of protein per day.
  • Protein supports muscle, boosts metabolism, and keeps you fuller for longer.
  • Great sources: lean meats, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, legumes.

Move More

  • Work outside when possible.
  • Walk daily to improve endurance and burn calories.
  • Start with bodyweight exercises; increase intensity as you get stronger.
  • Mix in flexibility and strength training for balance.

Stay Hydrated

  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
  • Hydration aids digestion, recovery, and overall energy.
  • Consistency is Key
  • Small, daily habits add up to big results.

General Information

    • Both medications are usually well tolerated. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramping, constipation, and gastric reflux are common. Nausea is the most common side effect. Eating smaller meals, eating clean, and adding a B12 supplement (500-1000mcg/week) can help.
    • Both are a weekly subcutaneous injection using an insulin syringe. Insulin syringes and alcohol swabs can be purchased on Amazon, from Walmart, etc. I can also send syringes and alcohol swabs with your medication for an additional $10/month, this is more expensive. This medication will be delivered to your address. Avoid shipping to P.O. Box. It arrives with an ice pack and must be refrigerated. Please ensure someone is available to check your mail if you are going out of town. You will be administering this yourself or with the help of a friend/family member.
    • It will take the pharmacy a few days to get your medication ready. You will receive an email from FedEx with tracking information once your medication ships. It usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive. This can change with holidays, decreased supply, or severe weather conditions.
    • Text me when you receive your medication and supplies. We will schedule an initial video call to go over administration and dosing. Check in with me monthly so we can discuss how things are going and dose changes. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Reach out to me if you are not losing as expected!
    • Routine lab work is recommended throughout treatment. It is important anytime you start a new medication. This can be done through your primary care provider or I will provide orders to be done at an outside facility upon your request. Cost will be the patient’s responsibility.
    • Good nutrition and exercise is required to lose fat, build muscle, and maintain weight loss. My recommendation is eat real food. Avoid processed food and “junk” foods. Shop the perimeter of grocery stores to avoid bags and boxes. Read labels to identify and decrease added sugars. Move more. Work outside, walk daily, body weight exercises, and advance as tolerated. Eat protein with every meal/snack. Drink water! Consistency is key. Reach out if you want to discuss this further.
